Founded in 2002, Apex Imaging Equipment Company, Inc. is the brainchild of industry professionals who came together to
fill a big void left by our competition. We realized that many service companies in this industry lacked the qualities they
so openly advertised, and had a casual disregard for the basic needs of its customers. There were a few exceptions
to this. The fact remained that the colorful expressions used in advertisements - words like Dependability and Reliability
and some basic human qualities - Honesty , Integrity and Respect , were ingredients missing from their business recipes.
Apex Imaging Equipment Company was born out of your necessity. We are an employee owned and operated company comprised
of a collection of seasoned master technicians, business managers and sales and service professionals. Our mission and
our pledge to you is to provide you with the finest service, equipment and supplies available in this market at very affordable prices.

We at Apex realize that most budgets do not allow for the replacement of your equipment every two or three years
(a ridiculous expectation on anyone's part). We also realize that your equipment, like so many units we have restored,
may have many years of life remaining. Our mission is twofold - To ensure your equipment continues to provide you
with dependable service, and Do this without breaking your budget. Our service team is equipped to handle the most
arduous of repairs, and our supplies are priced to provide you with the highest quality at the best available price.
Our company is employee owned and operated, which is why each of us is totally committed to excellence in everything we do.
Our Service Group is comprised of the most highly skilled professional technicians in the Chicago-metro area,
and we will service your equipment promptly and efficiently. We do not employ inexperienced 'trainees' who experiment
on your equipment. Nor are we afraid to handle the tough jobs. Our technicians have many years of experience working
on copiers, printers, fax machines, duplicators and laminators - from Apple to Xerox - analog and digital - small desktops
to large high-production equipment. There's not much we can't do. Most important - everything we do we do well.
